About me

Hi, I'm Sinead

I'm a natural photographer and birth doula, documenting all things connection. I am wrapped up in motherhood in my work, and at home with my two smalls. It’s pretty sweet. I'm a calm presence, totally flapjack obsessed, and live for sunset walks (as you might tell from my work).

My love for photography and art has been a lifelong one. I learnt in the darkroom when I was just a teen, I could only have dreamt of what I get to do in my work now. My photography has an artistic and natural approach, I gently prompt and allow moments to unfold organically. No cheesy or forced smiles here, I want you to feel totally relaxed and have fun with your shoot.

Being a photographer, doula, perinatal yoga therapist and mother – these roles weave together and complement one another beautifully. What connects them all is passion to hear, honour and tell stories. I take honest photographs that feel hazy and nostalgic, emotive and beautiful. I connect with you, so that your photos capture your unique family, and they exist as memories to return to, again and again.

My home studio

I'm incredibly lucky to live in such a beautiful part of the world in the Cotswolds, where I have open fields, wooded walks and view points that I use regularly for my location shoots. I also have an intimate and relaxed home studio in Cirencester that is open for maternity and parent & newborn/baby/toddler/child(ren) sessions.
